Microlyte® SAM™ is is an ultra-thin synthetic antimicrobial matrix designed to conform to the wound bed

Microlyte® SAM™ is is an ultra-thin synthetic antimicrobial matrix designed to conform to the wound bed and create a moist healing environment while reducing microbial burden.

Microlyte® SAM™ is a fully synthetic porous matrix made from bioresorbable polymers designed to mimic the structure of the extracellular matrix (ECM). When applied to the wound bed, the ultra-thin matrix rapidly transforms into a soft biocompatible layer that conforms to the micro-textures of the wound surface. Microlyte® SAM™ is engineered to support cellular attachment and growth while providing sustained antimicrobial protection through ionic and metallic silver technology.
